Upon receipt of your order, we will check the availability of goods you are offering to buy from us. If goods are available, we will send you a confirmation email and goods despatch date. We will send you goods by Royal Mail. Once we have handed over the goods to Royal Mail for the delivery to be made to the address you have given, a contract for the sale of goods shall become a legally binding contract between us. Usually, within ten days goods will arrive at the delivery address you have given to us.

If we cannot despatch the goods, because we are out of stock or the goods are no longer available for sale on this website, we will inform you either by telephone or email. If you do not wish to wait for the goods to be available for supplying you, we will refund your advance payment within five days by the same payment method you used to pay us. This will end the legally binding contract between us.

We reserve the right not to fulfil your order for whatever reasons, such as the wrong price stated or the price increased and you do not wish to pay the increased price or the unavailability of the item(s) or the discount is not applicable. In such circumstances, we will refund your money by PayPal or any other payment methods shown below.

On receipt of your cheque, within five days, we will despatch your goods to your delivery address.

If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact us first for bank information.

If you cannot pay by any of the above payment methods, you can buy postal order(s). Just visit a post office in your local area and buy postal order(s) equivalent to the amount payable to ADR. Please write ADR on each postal order, and send these postal orders to us. On receipt of your postal order(s), we will dispatch your goods.

______________________________________Goods Delivery & Charges______________________________________

ADR send goods by Royal Mail. Delivery cost depends on the size and weight of the item(s) you are buying. We send parcels by second class post, which may take 3-5 working days to reach their destinations. We can also send goods by first class delivery. First class delivery is more expensive. It can take up to three working days. Royal Mail parcel sizes are small – 2 kg, medium – 20 kg and large up to 30kg.

The cost of sending a parcel to your delivery address will be shown on our a proforma invoice, which we will send you by email prior to despatching your goods.

In addition, there are a number of ways of sending large parcel weighing up to 30 Kg by ParcelForce/Royal Mail service. We will send you precise information on ParcelForce charges, if you order weighs more than 20 kg.

2. On this form, please write your name, delivery address, telephone number and email address
3. On this email form add, ISBN No. title, quantity you wish to buy
    If you are ordering some more titles, please, add, ISBN No, quantity for each item
4. Click email us now to send it to us
5. On receipt of your email, ADR will send you a pro-forma invoice
6. To make a payment, please click PayPal
7. PayPal immediately inform us, if your payment is successful or not
8. It your payment is successful, we will despatch the goods by Royal Mail to the delivery address we received from you.
9. If there are any problems concerning your payment, we will contact you by telephone or email.

ADR special offers are clickable buttons. Each clickable button shows the total price per item payable by the customer. The P&P(shipping cost) is included in the special offer. Special offers clickable button directs the customer to PayPal website for making a payment. If you do not wish to pay by PayPal, in this case, please use one of the other three methods of payment outlined under payment methods.

Special offers are available only for a short time.

______________________________________Goods Return & Refund______________________________________

Under the current consumer regulations, you have the right to cancel your order until 14 days from the date you receive your goods.

You must return goods in their original conditions. The goods should be securely packed to avid damages in transit.

You can use our email form to send us your cancellation notice. On receipt of goods in their original conditions, we will refund the cost of your purchase less the delivery charge you paid to us. We will refund your money by the same payment method, which you used to pay to us.

Faulty goods – On receipt of faulty goods, you must inform us immediately by email or telephone for arranging a return of faulty goods. On receipt of faulty goods, we will refund your full money by the same payment method you used to pay us for your purchase.

Goods damaged in transit – Royal Mail demand a proof of damages in transit. You must keep the original packaging material and damaged goods to produce to Royal Mail, if it is required by them.

You can make a claim for the refund as per invoice, which you received from ADR.
You can make a claim on their website www.royalmail.co.uk by filling a simple form.

You can also obtain a claim form from your local post office to make a claim at your local post office. There is no need to take faulty goods and original packaging material to your local post office, but keep them until your claim is successful.

In case, you do not want to make a claim yourself, you must inform us by email or telephone for arranging the return of faulty goods to us and the refund of your money within seven days.
